Everything you need to know
We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions to help you find instant answers to your queries
What services do you offer?
I offer a range of packages and options. For more information and pricing, please visit our “Services” page.
If you have an event or specific requirements you’d like to discuss, please email me, and we can schedule a call to talk further.
How can I book your services?
To book an appointment, please send me a message through the “Contact Us” page or email me directly and I will respond with my availability. To confirm your booking, full payment must be made at least one week before the appointment date.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Dress in comfortable clothing, but avoid high necklines (e.g. turtlenecks, collared shirts, hoodies). You will be having multiple drapes placed across your chest and shoulders which can get a little warm so you may wish to wear lighter clothing or layers that can be removed if needed.
Can I wear makeup?
No. Colour analysis can not be completed if you are wearing makeup as it is important to be able to analyse the impact colours have on your skin. If you’d prefer to wear makeup prior to your appointment, I have makeup remover and moisturiser available so you can remove it when you arrive.
Light make up application is included as part of a Full Colour Analysis so you won’t leave your appointment bare-faced.
Can I wear glasses?
Yes, you can wear glasses to your appointment. I may you to to briefly remove your glasses at points during your analysis to aid an accurate assessment. We can also discuss what colour frames will suit you best!
Is the studio accessible?
The studio is accessed via 2 small steps directly into the room. If you have mobility issues, please do get in touch and I will be happy to discuss options on how we can make your colour analysis appointment accessible to you.
If you require support of another person to attend your appointment (eg. a carer or an interpreter) this can be accommodated and they are very welcome to accompany you.
Can men have colour analysis?
Yes, colour analysis is for everyone! All genders are welcome.
What are your opening hours?
I offer appointments on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
As good natural light is best for accurate colour analysis, appointments are only offered during the day. This may limit appointment hours in the winter months.
Where is JS Colour Studio based?
JS Colour Studio is based at my home in Chellaston, Derby. Parking is available.
